RETAIL EXECUTIVE:

A Retail Executive oversees the overall operations, sales performance, and strategic growth of a retail store or a chain of retail locations. This role bridges corporate strategy and floor execution to maximize profitability, maintain brand standards, and elevate the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies to hit revenue, market share, and profitability targets.

. P&L & Financial Management: Monitor store budgets, analyze P&L statements, control operational costs, and drive data-backed improvements.

. Operations & Inventory: Oversee store layouts, supply chain coordination, vendor relationships, stock levels, and loss prevention.

. Leadership & Staffing: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate store managers and retail teams foster a high-performance, customer-first culture.

. Customer Experience & Brand Standards: Ensure consistent service quality, resolve escalated customer issues, and enforce visual merchandising guidelines.

Skills:

. Strong financial acumen (P&L analysis, budgeting, and sales metrics).

. Leadership and team-building capabilities.

. Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and data analytics tools.

. Exceptional communication and conflict-resolution skills.
