Retail Director

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for site selection and evaluation for new stores
• Coordinating store opening projects from planning to launch
• Managing renovation and fit-out works, including contractors and timelines
• Overseeing all pre-opening preparations (licenses, utilities, equipment, setup)
• Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
• Ensuring stores are ready for operation on schedule and within budget

Working Arrangement:

• Flexible working hours depending on project needs

Requirements:

• Experience in retail expansion, store setup, or project management
• Familiar with site selection, renovation, and store opening processes
• Able to manage multiple projects independently
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Experience in F&B, entertainment, or retail is a plus
