Job Title: Retail Butcher/Meat Cutter
Monthly Salary: UP to $3,000
Working Address: Outram
Working hours: 5.5-day work week/44 hours (Shift basis + work on weekends required
Responsibilities and duties
- Preparation of meat for sale (cutting, mincing, packing), adhering to Food Safety and Hygiene Procedures.
- Proper stock replenishment (FIFO) to ensure product quality and freshness.
- Cleaning and maintenance of working tools/equipment to maintain a sanitary work environment.
- Service customer requests politely and professionally.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as instructed by the immediate superior.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Knowledge of meat handling and cutting techniques.
- WSQ Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene.
- Prior Working Experience in a Food-Related Industry.
