Job Description
. Customer service - deliver on-brand service to welcome and establish relationship with customers for long term friendships.

. Sales generation - meet personal and store sales goals through self-development in Jet Set Service Program.

. After sale care - continue to grow relationships and encourage loyalty to Michael Kors.

. Fashion conscious - actively follow fashion trends and able to offer styling tips.

. Operations - team player to achieve operational excellence in store standards, stock receiving and movements and keeping to company SOPs.
