  Job Responsibilities:
• Experience: Mattress Sales Experience Required
• Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional
  manner. Understand their needs and provide personalized product
  recommendations.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in mattress, including materials,
  types, and benefits. Educate customers on product care, usage, and
  maintenance.
• Sales Support: Guide customers through the selection process, providing
  detailed information on pricing, warranties, and financing options.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  Regularly update product displays to enhance the shopping experience.
• Customer Service: Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in
  a professional and timely manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to
  achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Job Requirements:

• Customer-Focused: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a
  genuine interest in helping customers.
• Experience: Mattress Sales Experience Required
• Full training will be provided.
