Job Summary

Deliver premium sales and design consultation for luxury furniture, driving client engagement and business growth through expert product knowledge, personalized styling advice, and seamless end-to-end service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium customer experience and understand clients lifestyle needs
• Drive sales and consistently achieve monthly targets
• Provide product knowledge and basic interior styling advice
• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to delivery, including follow-ups
• Maintain showroom standards and support daily operations
• Build strong relationships with clients and industry partners (designers, architects)
