Retail Associate

This position is for Kitchen+Ware outlets. We have 4 outlets across Singapore at Causeway Point, Northpoint City, Pasir Ris Mall and Waterway Point.

Currently hiring for Punggol/Pasir Ris outlets.

• Receive goods and making sure that inventory tallies
• Merchandise goods upon delivery making sure that shelves are well-stocked and prices clearly labeled
• Assist Outlet Supervisor with monitoring of sales of goods, reporting slow/fast moving goods or goods with low inventory in store
• Order goods if inventory is low in store
• Assist outlet supervisor with looking out for shoplifting in the outlet
• Perform housekeeping duties to ensure that outlet is clean and tidy
• Provide customer service to customers in store, assisting them with requests for products or product recommendations, providing solutions to problems raised by customers, and assisting customers with exchanges and refunds when necessary
• Perform cashiering duties
