Retail Associate

Job Description

. Oversee daily management of store and key store activities under management's directives

. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping environment consistent with our brand image

. Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintaining healthy customer relationships

. Involve in stock-takes for store inventory and receive stock transfers

. Ensures store is stocked efficiently and adequately

. Maintains excellent store environment and make improvements where needed

. Works closely with managers on sales activities and customer feedback

. Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

. 5 days work week including both weekends

. Minimum 1 year experience in retail roles (part-time experience accepted)

. Excellent communication and customer handling skills

. Fluent in English.

. Passion for home & lifestyle products and social media is a plus

. Good team player, service oriented, positive attitude to learning new skill sets

Working hours:

5 days work week include weekends

10am to 7pm
