Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with product recommendations
- Attend to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Support inventory management, including stock replenishment and stocktaking
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and store sales targets
- Stay updated on products, promotions, and company policies
- Assist in visual merchandising to maintain attractive and brand-compliant displays
- Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and organized at all times
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or high-end retail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions
