Job Summary
The Learning Support Team (LST) manages daily operations, resources, learner registrations, and logistics to create an effective learning environment and support training activities.
Responsibilities
- Allocate assessment session timeframes based on learner numbers to ensure adequate scheduling
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors to support learning operations
- Maintain training facilities and ensure equipment is in good working condition for smooth training delivery
- Assist learners by responding to course enquiries and managing registration processes accurately
- Track and verify learners attendance and assessment results to maintain accurate records
- Monitor and evaluate training programs, workflows, and processes to ensure quality and effectiveness, recommending improvements as needed
- Ensure all training programs and activities comply with the established curriculum
- Handle all documents in compliance with PDPA to protect learner data privacy
- Manage logistics and resources to support training sessions and departmental needs
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
