Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting chocolates and confectionery products to meet their needs and occasions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment to enhance customer experience
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the cashier counter
• Share detailed product knowledge about premium chocolates and confectioneries to educate customers

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Passion for engaging with customers and delivering exceptional service
• GCE N Level / O Level / NITEC / Higher NITEC or equivalent qualifications
• Willingness to learn and undergo training to develop retail and product expertise
