Working Hours

5-day work week, rotating shifts
(Candidates should be comfortable working weekends and Public Holidays.)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
• Understand customers needs and recommend suitable eyewear products and solutions
• Assist customers with frame selection and provide product recommendations based on their preferences and lifestyle
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Conduct product demonstrations and respond confidently to customer enquiries
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Support stock replenishment and daily store operations

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude
• Comfortable working towards sales targets in a retail environment
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
• Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience will be an advantage
