As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Welcome and engage customers upon arrival, ensuring a warm and positive shopping experience.

• Understand customer preferences and provide tailored product recommendations to meet their needs.

• Demonstrate strong product knowledge by educating customers on fashion trends, product features, and brand value.

• Execute sales transactions accurately using cash, credit card, and other approved payment methods.

• Achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

• Address customer enquiries, feedback, returns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Support store operations, including housekeeping, inventory control, and regular stock checks.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of retail sales experience

• Strong sales skills and customer service orientation
