Responsibilities

Warmly greet and engage every customer, fostering strong and lasting relationships from the moment they enter the store
Deliver exceptional, personalized service that reflects the brand's values and enhances the overall shopping experience
Achieve sales goals and KPI targets set by the Store Manager through proactive selling and customer engagement
Maintain brand standards in grooming, visual merchandising, and packaging, ensuring consistency with global guidelines

Requirements

2 years retail experience in fashion
A genuine passion for customer service and a customer-centric mindset.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and form relationships at all levels.
Singaporean only.
