Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and engage every customer, fostering strong and lasting relationships from the moment they enter the store
  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service that reflects the brand's values and enhances the overall shopping experience
  • Achieve sales goals and KPI targets set by the Store Manager through proactive selling and customer engagement
  • Maintain brand standards in grooming, visual merchandising, and packaging, ensuring consistency with global guidelines

Requirements

  • 2 years retail experience in fashion
  • A genuine passion for customer service and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and form relationships at all levels.
  • Singaporean only.
