Retail Assistant Supervisor

Job Description

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, including inventory management, and visual merchandising standards
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment activities, and ensure proper merchandise presentation throughout the store
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent qualification
• At least 2 years of retail experience, with demonstrated supervisory or team leadership capabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic Microsoft Office applications
• Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
• Passionate about customer service with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
