Retail Assistant Sales Manager

Supports the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet with a focus on sales execution, customer service, and operational consistency on the shop floor. Assists with daily retail activities, engages customers during sales interactions, and ensures service standards and store presentation are consistently maintained. Performs cashiering duties, handles payment transactions accurately, receives and organises incoming stock, supports inventory control and replenishment, and assists the Sales Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations. Carries out operational duties as required to support outlet performance.
