Responsibilities
- Take accurate client measurements and record them in measurement sheets and archives to ensure proper garment fitting
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and fabrics to effectively advise and assist clients
- Secure new sales and service clients while maintaining strong, ongoing client relationships
- Operate and manage the Ready-To-Wear (RTW) collection area efficiently
- Order fabrics for new garment purchases to maintain inventory levels
- Prepare garments for client fittings to ensure timely availability
- Coordinate the return of garments to the workshop after fittings for alterations or completion
- Act as a brand ambassador by delivering consistent service excellence to clients
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the retail storefront to create a welcoming environment
- Manage workflow in the workshop by scheduling garment allocation to craftsmen to meet production targets
- Coordinate and monitor garment deliverables for fittings to ensure quality and timeliness
- Track garment production deadlines and facilitate smooth transfer of garments between workshop and retail shop
