Join Our Team! We are looking for passionate and customer-oriented individuals to join our retail team at Raffles Health, located at Raffles Hospital.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to Retail Supervisor and Department Manager, you will ensure smooth daily operations of the store, working closely with the Retail Supervisor, Department Manager, and Pharmacist to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets. Job scope includes inventory management, visual merchandising, and general store housekeeping.
What is expected:
- Assist in daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with purchases
- Manage inventory, restock shelves, and ensure products are well-displayed
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store
- Support promotional activities and sales events
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience
- Work together with Retail Supervisor, Department Manager, and Pharmacist to ensure seamless operations
- Be punctual and prepared to start work at the beginning of each shift
Working Hours (2 Shift):
- 1st morning Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 8am-12pm
- 2nd afternoon Shift: Monday - Friday 9am -6pm, Saturday 10am-2pm
- Sunday and PH closed
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O level with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers of all ages
- Basic computer skills (Words/Excel) required
- Experience in in-store merchandising and display
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining a consistent attendance record
- Any other duties as assigned by management
- Ability to speak in English and Mandarin (in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers)
- Candidates with working experience in Pharmaceutical and Health industry are highly welcomed
- Candidates with a WSQ Diploma in Retail Management are welcome to apply
