Responsibilities
- Execute daily operations within the pharmacy to ensure efficiency. Provide outstanding customer service while addressing inquiries and needs. Manage stock inventory and oversee proper merchandising of products. Conduct inspections on stock conditions and perform goods receipts. Oversee inter-branch transfers and handle error reports. Maintain accurate records of daily sales and customer counts. Ensure maintenance of pharmacy equipment. Assist in administrative tasks as directed by supervisors. Facilitate orientation for new staff on workflows and pharmacy operations. Prepare computer systems to serve patients at the start of each day. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pharmacy environment. Uphold security protocols for stocks, premises, and sensitive information.
Requirements
- GCE N or O Level certification is required. Minimum of 2 years experience in retail pharmacy operations. Strong customer orientation with a dynamic and committed approach. Proven hands-on experience in a retail store environment.
