Requirements:

- Manage staff attendance, training, and performance
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Procure and manage food ingredients and supplies
- Plan and schedule staff work rosters
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth management
- Manage cash register operations and ensure accuracy of funds
- Train, supervise, and motivate the service team
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and workplace safety standards
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper usage
- Attend meetings and contribute to operational improvements
