Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in achieving store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Deliver excellent customer service and manage escalated customer issues professionally.
• Drive store sales and profitability through efficient operations while upholding high service standards.
• Develop strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and enhancing their shopping experience.
• Ensure the store is well-presented, including merchandising, stock management, and overall housekeeping.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to new team members as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years of retail experience experience with fashion brands is a plus.
