Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary
Support both in-store and online retail operations by engaging customers, processing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and delivering excellent service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to walk-in and online customers across digital platforms (TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Carousell, Email)
- Process orders accurately from confirmation to fulfilment, including coordination of deliveries and repair services
- Follow up with customers post-sale to maintain relationships and gather feedback
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and resolve issues effectively
- Update inventory records, perform stock counts, and report discrepancies
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
- Support daily operations including handling calls, administrative tasks, and campaign or live-stream activities
- Perform any other duties assigned
Requirements
- Willing to work weekends and Public Holidays
- 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused and sales-driven mindset
