- Greet customers warmly, answer enquiries, and assist with product selection
- Promote, upsell, and cross-sell products to boost sales
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and attractive displays
- Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Perform daily inventory stock counts and assist in stock ordering
- Occasionally carry heavy cartons during restocking or store operations
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales and service goals
- Support a positive and friendly store atmosphere
