Responsibilities
- Provide professional advice to customers on the brands products.
- Deliver excellent customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
- Support store operations, including inventory control and merchandising.
- Represent the company's brand and values as a Brand Ambassador.
- Contribute to sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle cashiering duties and in-store payment transactions.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and follow company SOPs.
Requirements
- Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required (training will be provided).
- Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of spoken English.
- Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and comfortable serving their esteemed customers for prolonged periods.
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays on a rotational roster.
