Restructuring senior manager / director

My client, an accounting firm in Singapore, is now looking for a restructuring senior manager / director:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end restructuring and recovery engagements, including judicial management, liquidation, receivership, individual voluntary arrangements, schemes of arrangement, and individual bankruptcy.

Experience in reviewing and overseeing investigation work for the benefit of recovering assets for the insolvent estate and company analysis, including financial modelling where necessary

Manage key stakeholders: banks, creditors, boards, shareholders, legal counsel, regulators.

Prepare cash flow analysis, viability reviews, and restructuring proposals

For insolvency matters, attending to statutory and compliance matter

Leading in business development and marketing activities

Job Requirements

812 years of relevant experience

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business;

professional qualification (CPA, CA, CFA) preferred.

Appointment as a liquidator with sound knowledge of Singapore insolvency law (IRDA)

related legal/regulatory frameworks.

Fluent English language skill
