As a key member of our Restructuring and Insolvency team, you will play an integral role in managing and delivering effective solutions for clients facing financial challenges.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage various modes of corporate and individual restructuring, including Liquidation, Judicial Management, Receiverships, Scheme of Arrangement, and bankruptcy cases
- Support clients with crisis management and corporate advisory projects tailored to their unique challenges and goals
- Conduct financial analysis, evaluate clients financial health, and develop customised turnaround strategies
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, creditors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure seamless communication and alignment
Job Requirements
- A degree or professional qualification in Accountancy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in managing client relationships
- Candidates with at least 2 years of proven and relevant insolvency experience will be considered for the Lead Consultant position
