We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious and entrepreneurial members to join the new Quantuma Singapore team. Quantuma Singapore is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to manage and deliver complex, cross-border restructuring and insolvency engagements from inception to closure.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Manage and execute complex cross border restructuring and insolvency engagements, particularly across Quantuma offices.
- Work closely with senior management to create value for clients in high-stakes, distressed situations.
- Critically analyse financial information and business requirements to produce turnaround strategies.
- Produce high-quality client written content and verbal updates and presentations.
- Reports to the Managing Directors in the Singapore Office or Managing Directors in other Quantuma offices on cross-border assignments.
Experience required:
Professionally qualified - CA/CFA/CPA/ACA/ACCA.
2 - 4 years relevant experience.
Strong financial, business analytical and report writing skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment.
Willing to travel (where possible).
