Restorative Care Officer Yishun Ahmad Ibrahim Primary School

Contract Period: 4 January - 19 November 2027 (excluding school holidays)

Working Schedule: 1 full day and 2 half days per week during school terms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide mentoring and targeted support for identified primary school students.

• Help students develop emotional regulation, communication and conflict-resolution skills.

• Facilitate restorative practices, relationship-building activities and conflict resolution sessions.

• Monitor student progress and maintain confidential records.

• Work closely with teachers, parents and the school's Student Development Team.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a mainstream primary school, working directly with primary school students.

• Qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Child Development, Youth Work or a related field preferred.

• Certification in Restorative Practice / Building Relational Capacity under the Singapore WSQ framework preferred.

• Good communication, interpersonal and student-engagement skills.
