We are looking for a responsible and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in managing daily restaurant operations, lead the service team, and ensure a high standard of customer service and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
• Lead, train, and support restaurant staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower during operating hours.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and daily operational requirements.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.
• Ensure company policies and standard operating procedures are followed.
• Support the Restaurant Manager with administrative and operational duties.
• Maintain a positive and professional working environment for the team.
