We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team and ensure smooth, high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Lead, train and support the service team to maintain high standards
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for seamless execution
- Manage reservations, delivery platforms and support event execution
- Take initiative and perform additional tasks as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Sales-driven, confident in recommending dishes and driving bottle sales
- Friendly, courteous, and service-oriented
- Proactive with a strong sense of initiative
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
- Knowledge of sake, wine, and cocktails is a plus
