Restaurant Supervisor

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to lead the service team and support daily outlet operations at a new restaurant establishment in 313@Somerset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards
• Lead and support service, cashier, and kitchen crew to deliver excellent customer experiences
• Manage opening and closing procedures to maintain operational readiness and security
• Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and food-safety standards in compliance with regulations
• Handle customer feedback and execute service recovery to enhance guest satisfaction
• Train and guide team members to improve skills and operational efficiency
• Support staff scheduling and shift deployment to optimize workforce coverage
• Monitor stock levels, control wastage, and oversee cash handling and POS procedures for accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food-safety requirements to uphold safety and quality

Required competencies and certifications

• WSQ Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 3 certification - mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of F&B supervisory experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and operations
• Good understanding of restaurant operations to support daily outlet functions
• Hands-on, responsible, and service-oriented approach to problem-solving and team support
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays to meet operational demands

Other Information

• Salary: S$2,800 - S$3,300/month, depending on experience
• Location: 313@Somerset
• Employment: Full-Time
• Shift: 10 hours, including 1.5 hours break
• Benefits: Outlet net-profit sharing incentive and midnight taxi allowance where applicable
