Restaurant Supervisor/Manager

To oversees and ensure smooth operation of the Outlet and raise the KPI

Manage and lead the store and associated Team. To lead Team Leaders and Store Team Members to provide optimum customer service, ensure store-wide adherence to the company operational procedures, and achieve sales growth and profitability

Responsible for the timely, accurate, and legible submission of all reports

Staff recruitment and management

Providing overall leadership for the company, overseeing the general operation of the store

Performs other duties (within skill and training) as assigned by the Operations Manager.
