We are seeking a responsible and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will ensure smooth store opening, beverage counter preparation, and uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities:
- Start work at 6:30 AM and prepare the beverage counter before business begins.
- Open and set up the restaurant and noodle stalls for daily operations.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen, service, and stall staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety throughout the restaurant.
- Conduct daily checks to ensure all areas are neat and well-organized.
- Manage staff attendance, performance, and discipline in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory for beverages and supplies, and report shortages to management.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional and service-oriented manner.
- Ensure proper closing procedures and secure the outlet at the end of the day.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Able to start work early at 6:30 AM.
- Responsible, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
