Job Description

  • This is a 5-Day /Work Week!!
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager overseeing operations and the opening and closing check list
  • Coordinate the Food activities with the Sous Chef
  • Handling and managing the Cash, POS System, and all revenue on shift
  • Provides training and development of all service staff (New/Experienced)
  • Delivers High Quality/Service Experience for all guests, recieves their feedback and recommendations professionally
  • Keeps Restaurant Manager informed on operations and forecasts any challenges
  • Records Daily sales report, ensuring all food and beverages comply to the FIFO system
  • Provides a clean outlet which has all the hygiene safety controls in place
  • Supervises and delegates responsibilities to staff, ensures all activities are at or above the company standards
  • Oversees the Bar and consumable inventory and ensures stocks are always available
  • 3-5 years experience in managing a F&B Outlet of similar size
  • Experience in Japanese cuisine is a Plus
  • Communications in english must be at business level
  • Good Working attitude, and be passionate about customer service and
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of POS System is a plus!!
