Job Description

  • Run daily operations and make sure the outlet is smooth and efficient.
  • Lead a small team of 5-6 staff and guide them in service and teamwork.
  • Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service meet company and Japanese dining standards.
  • Handle customer requests, feedback, and solve any issues on the spot.
  • Manage stock, check inventory, and order supplies when needed.
  • Work with the kitchen to ensure good communication and fast service.
  • Oversee cashiering and daily sales reports.
  • Keep the outlet clean and follow hygiene and safety rules.
  • Support management with any other duties when required.
