- Run daily operations and make sure the outlet is smooth and efficient.
- Lead a small team of 5-6 staff and guide them in service and teamwork.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service meet company and Japanese dining standards.
- Handle customer requests, feedback, and solve any issues on the spot.
- Manage stock, check inventory, and order supplies when needed.
- Work with the kitchen to ensure good communication and fast service.
- Oversee cashiering and daily sales reports.
- Keep the outlet clean and follow hygiene and safety rules.
- Support management with any other duties when required.
