We're looking for Service Supervisors who can take charge of the floor, inspire the team, and keep the energy alive from the first guest to the last.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage daily floor operations to ensure smooth, high-energy service
- Be the go-to person during service-resolving issues, supporting the team, and delighting guests
- Train, guide, and motivate junior team members to deliver confident and genuine hospitality
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless coordination
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and operational discipline
- Step into a leadership role-owning shifts and driving team performance
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in a supervisory or senior service role in a restaurant setting
- Strong leadership presence-you're calm under pressure and lead by example
- Passion for hospitality, food, and guest experience
- Confident communicator with a hands-on attitude
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, lively environment
Working Hours
- 5-day work week
- Split shift required: Lunch and dinner service with a break from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM
- Alternatively, straight shifts may be arranged based on operational needs
