  • Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service.
  • Lead and motivate service staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company service standards and SOPs.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
  • Monitor restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely food service.
  • Support inventory control and ordering of operational supplies.
  • Perform opening and closing duties.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
