We are currently looking for a passionate and service-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to be part of our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing the daily operations and service flow of the Front of House team.
- Ensure cleanliness, proper maintenance, safety, and presentation standards of the dining area at all times.
- Support and drive the operational and business performance of the restaurant.
- Deliver professional guest engagement and exceptional customer service standards.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the service team through coaching and supervision.
- Implement operational procedures and service standards to ensure service excellence.
- Work closely with the Managers and kitchen team on guest preferences and seasonal menu offerings.
- Maintain effective communication and reporting procedures within the team.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational procedures.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the F&B industry.
- Prior experience in a café, restaurant environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Able to lead and supervise a service team during operational hours.
- Good problem-solving and guest handling abilities.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems preferred.
