Restaurant Service Crew / Management Trainee

We are looking for F&B Management Trainee to join our team. We are well-established Western / Japanese fusion. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate to serve, communicate, meeting new customers and building a career in F&B industry.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and serve customer warmly and professionally.
• Use POS system and manage tables reservations.
• Set up and closing of the restaurant, including daily opening and closing checklist.
• Learn and understanding restaurant functions and operations.
• Support daily operations and contribute ideas for service improvement.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager and team member t ensure seamless operation.
• Any ad-hoc assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Requirement

• Service Orientated with a passion to serve.
• Positive attitude.
• Good Team Player.
• Good communicate skill.
• Minimum 2 years experience.
