Job Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service throughout their dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and process orders through the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly according to restaurant standards.
• Assist with table setup, clearing, cleaning and general restaurant operations.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth service operations.

Job Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills with a pleasant and professional attitude.
• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service will be an advantage.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to the roster.
• Able to work at Sentosa and commit to a 5-day work week.
