Job Responsibilities: As a Restaurant Service Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our establishments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing day-to-day restaurant service operations.
• Supervising and motivating service staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborating with the management team to maintain high service standards.
• Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Managing and optimizing table turnover and reservation systems.
• Monitoring inventory and coordinating with the kitchen for timely food service.
• Training and developing service staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications and Skills: To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the service industry.
• A team player with a positive attitude.
• Warm and hospitable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Work Schedule:

• 5-day work week.
• 44 hours per week.
