About the Role
The Metro-Y Restaurant and Caf by Metropolitan YMCA (MYMCA) is more than just a dining space - it's a community hub where people gather to connect, share, and enjoy good food with purpose.

We are looking for Restaurant Servers who are passionate about service and people. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive dining experience for our guests while supporting a caf that promotes inclusion and community spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all guests
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area at all times
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables for smooth service flow
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure guest satisfaction
• Uphold MYMCA's values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility in every interaction

Qualifications & Attributes

• Experience in F&B or hospitality preferred (training will be provided)
• Positive attitude and good team spirit
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Punctual, responsible, and service-oriented
• Passionate about people, learning, and community engagement
