Job Responsibilities
1. Outlet Operations Audit
Conduct regular inspections across 22 restaurant outlets to ensure compliance with restaurant SOPs
Evaluate food quality, presentation, portion control, and consistency
2. Hygiene & Food Safety Compliance
Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
Inspect kitchen cleanliness, food storage, expiry dates, and staff hygiene practices
3. Issue Reporting & Corrective Actions
Document audit findings and prepare detailed inspection reports
Follow up on non-compliance issues and track corrective actions
4. Staff Coaching & Support
Provide on-site guidance and training to improve operational performance
Work closely with outlet managers to implement improvements
5. Inventory & Cost Control Checks
Ensure proper ordering, storage, and usage of ingredients
6. Equipment & Maintenance Oversight
Job requirement :
-Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, F&B, or related field (preferred)
-3-5 years of experience in F&B operations, restaurant management, or auditing
-Strong understanding of restaurant operations and food safety standard
-Strong attention to detail
-Willingness to travel frequently between outlets
- Flexible working hours, including weekday nights , weekends and public holidays is required
