Job Summary
Provide technical support to meet warranty objectives by performing on-site interventions, repairs, and commissioning of electrical equipment while coordinating service schedules and maintaining safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site interventions, repairs, remedy works, and equipment commissioning to fulfill customer requests and warranty requirements
- Organize and coordinate service job schedules to ensure timely and effective completion
- Submit daily follow-up forms and service reports promptly to maintain accurate records
- Manage, organize, and coordinate maintenance work with contractors for electrical switchgear systems
- Oversee installation and modification of high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) electrical switchgears to meet project specifications
- Maintain positive customer relationships by addressing feedback and responding to customer needs promptly
- Deliver quality workmanship and ensure on-time completion of all assigned tasks
- Maintain and use safety gear and test equipment according to established standards
- Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures consistently to ensure a safe work environment
- Promote positive customer relations through professional and responsive service
