Job Description

We are a fine-dining Korean and Japanese Fusion restaurant located at Raffles area. We are looking for a Full-time service crew who can serve our international clients.

  • Operational Management: Directing daily operations, opening/closing, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Staff Leadership: Recruiting, training, scheduling, and motivating employees to maintain high service standards.
  • Customer Experience: Addressing customer complaints promptly, soliciting feedback, and building patron loyalty.
  • Financial Performance: Monitoring sales, managing budgets, controlling food/labor costs, and analyzing reports to maximize profitability.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Executing marketing events, managing social media, and developing menus to drive revenue.
  • Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Leadership: Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in POS systems, reservation systems, and restaurant management software.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of food safety regulations and health compliance.
