Job Description

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.

Develop and implement sales targets, revenue plans, and business strategies.

Monitor the quality of service, product quality, and environmental hygiene, maintaining brand standards.

Analyze business data (such as average order value, table turnover, and revenue structure) and propose improvement measures.

2. Personnel Management

Responsible for the recruitment, training, assessment, and scheduling of restaurant staff.

Motivate and lead the team, maintaining a positive work atmosphere and efficient execution.

Resolve employee conflicts, effectively divide work, and improve overall work efficiency.

Mentor and develop potential employees, providing management talent for the company.

3. Customer Service

Handle customer complaints and emergencies, and improve customer satisfaction.

Build good customer relationships, increase repeat business, and enhance word-of-mouth.

Plan store promotions or membership programs based on market demand and in conjunction with headquarters activities.

4. Cost and Financial Management

Strictly control food waste, labor costs, and other operating expenses.

Oversee store inventory management, ensuring proper order placement and avoiding overstocks or shortages.

Review daily sales reports, cash flow, and accounts to ensure accurate financial data.

V. Compliance and Safety

Strictly enforce food safety and hygiene standards and comply with local regulatory requirements.

Regularly inspect equipment, fire safety, and safety hazards to ensure safe store operations.

Organize employee learning of relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

VI. Communication and Collaboration

Report operational performance to headquarters or superiors, and implement company policies and decisions.

Maintain good communication with marketing, finance, supply chain, and other departments to ensure smooth store operations.

Conduct regular store meetings to communicate the latest company policies and sales targets.
