Job Title: Shift Leader in Training (Kitchen & Service)
Salary: Starting from $2,600 to $3250 per month (based on experience)

About the Role
We believe that a meal out should be more than just food, it should be an experience. We are looking for a natural people-person who wants to build a career in the restaurant industry. If you have the drive to lead and the willingness to learn, we want to help you grow from a Shift Leader into an Assistant Manager.

This is a hands-on role. You won't just be standing around you will be in the middle of the action, making sure every plate that leaves the kitchen and every interaction with a guest hits the mark.

• Run the Show (During Your Shift): You're in charge of the flow. You'll make sure food goes out on time, customers are happy, and the team is working together without a hitch.

• Set the Standard: You'll be the person checking that the food looks great, the dining area is spotless, and the service is warm and genuine.

• Help the Team Win: You'll guide new hires, show them the ropes, and support the current team when it gets busy. You'll also help with making sure we have the right people on the schedule.

• Keep Us Stocked: You'll help track inventory, letting us know when we're running low on key ingredients so we never have to tell a customer we're out of their favorite dish.

• Create the Vibe: You play a big part in keeping the energy up. A safe, clean, and fun environment starts with the leader on duty.
