Seoul Restaurant is expanding and we're hiring!
Located in Conrad Orchard, Seoul Restaurant is a well-established Korean dining brand in Singapore, known for delivering authentic cuisine, quality service, and a welcoming dining experience. As we expand to our second branch, we are looking for a capable and driven Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations.
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the overall management of restaurant operations, team leadership, service standards, and operational efficiency at the outlet.
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Lead, train, and motivate service and kitchen teams
Maintain high standards of customer service and handle feedback effectively
Oversee staff performance management and discipline
Manage inventory, cost control, and operational budgets
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace regulations
Support management in outlet expansion and operational improvements
Ideally 5-10 years of experience in F&B or restaurant management
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Singapore F&B regulations and operational standards
Passion for hospitality and team development
Salary of SGD $5,000 - $6,500 (depending on experience)
5-day work week
10 days annual leave
