Job Summary

Lead and manage daily kitchen operations to deliver consistent, high-quality seafood dishes. Collaborate on menu planning and uphold hygiene and safety standards to ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely food service
  • Monitor and maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation to meet quality standards
  • Collaborate with management to coordinate menu planning that reflects authentic Indian coastal cuisine
  • Enforce and uphold high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety to comply with regulatory requirements
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to foster teamwork and maintain operational excellence
