. Ensure that the set-up of tables in the restaurant is as per the standards required for each meal period and as set in the Restaurant operating policy.
. Assist in the supervision of the daily operations of the outlet.
. Assist in cashiering duties and reservations.
. Assist with the rostering of manpower.
. To have full understanding and knowledge of all items that are offered on the menu & beverage list.
. Maintain standards of service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
. Assist the Restaurant Manager with necessary administrative duties.
Job Requirements:
. Experience working in an Indian restaurant
. Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine
. Hotel experience is preferred
. Excellent communications skills
. Customer service oriented and able to handle
